1. Return Eligibility

At Bulluka India LLP ("Bulluka"), we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return eligible products under the following conditions:

- Time Frame: Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.

- Condition: Products should be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

- Exclusions: Customized products, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at info@bulluka.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return.

2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item.

3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.

4. Ship the Package: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

3. Refunds

- Approved Returns: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

4. Exchanges

- Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@bulluka.com.

- Different Items: If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards

- Items marked as final sale
