1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Delivery
- Courier Partners: Shiprocket
- Processing Time: Orders placed from Tuesday to Saturday by 05:59 PM IST will be processed and shipped the following business day.
-Delivery Time:
- Metro Areas: 6–7 business days
- Non-Metro Areas: 10-12 business days
- North East & Jammu & Kashmir: 12-15 business days
- Shipping Cost: INR 150
- Please note: Shipping prices may vary depending on the destination and weight of your parcel. For all orders shipped within India, mandatory sales tax (GST) of 3% is added upon checkout.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders above INR 2,000
2. IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours/2 business days with the exception of Indian public holidays where it may take up to 72 hours/3 business days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon receipt of order.
Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 15 working days of your placing the order, inclusive of processing time. However, in some cases, we may take longer, to ship the order as we may have to produce/procure it.
Non delivery of the parcel needs to be reported within 15 days from the date of the order.
While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and email us at info@bulluka.com or call at +91 9810430219 mentioning your order reference number.
3. Delivery Address Guidelines
- Valid Addresses: We deliver to residential and commercial addresses within India.
- Restrictions: We do not deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Address Changes: Once an order is in transit, changing the delivery address or date may not be possible. However, you may utilize our delivery partners’ web portal to organize the delivery in the most suitable way for you.
4. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this information to monitor your shipment's progress.
6. Delays and Liability
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistical challenges, or other events beyond our control may cause delays. Bulluka cannot assume liability in such cases.
